Shipping policy

Where We Ship: United States (all 50 states + territories). Select International shipping (please see international section below). 

Processing Time: 2-5 business days. Standard shipping 3-7 days after that. Express 1-3 days after that. 

Shipping Methods & Rates: Standard and Express- both calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Free Standard Shipping over $75. 

Order Tracking: Shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple Items: May ship separately - each produced on demand. You get tracking for each shipment. 

Lost/Stolen Packages: Wait 2 business days if marked "delivered," then contact carrier, then us.

Address Changes: Within 12 hours of ordering. After that, can't change. 

P.O. Boxes & Military: P.O. boxes via Standard only. Military addresses proudly shipped. 

International shipping

Processing Time: International Standard 7-21 business days and International Express 3-7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates: Standard and Express- both calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Free Standard Shipping over $150. 

Exclusions: Customs, duties & taxes section (customer is responsible, we don't mark as "gift")

Order tracking: International tracking information and delivery expectations are available 

Lost/Stolen packages: undeliverable packages section (covers refused/abandoned international packages)
