The core message: They might not give you your flowers. They might not acknowledge what you bring to the table. But they see it - they know you're doing your big one, they know you're that girl. Even if the recognition doesn't come, even when the credit is withheld, even if the apology goes unsaid, your credentials stand on their own. You are the statement, with or without their applause. They notice how fly you are, how you carry yourself, and eve what they did wrong - whether they admit it or not. 

How it connects to the shirts: Words speak. You walk past someone, they might not say a word but you caught their eye. They noticed your shirt. They noticed you. Whether they say "hey, I like your tee" or keep moving in silence - the message landed. That's the power of wearing your truth. Hence, "Words speak, see what I'm saying"? 

Why "THEY NOTICE": Relatable? 

• Being gifted and chosen since childhood, with great discenrment
• People placing you on a pedestal they built- not you- so they could pick you apart and judge you harshly
• The double standard; someone else does the same thing and get a pass, a second chance, grace. but when it's you, it's the end all be all. 
• How they applaud and uplift others, but turn a blind eye to you
• How you gave words of wisdom, a humble heart, never judges them - but when you needed that same energy returned, it was nowhere to be found. 
• That being the moment I built my t-shirt business - word therapy, putting words where they can't be ignored
• "They notice" meaning they noticed you needed help, love, a hug, a chance, a simple act of kindness - and chose to walk away and throw you to the wolves, but you came back leading the pack 
• They wanted to see how far you'd fall. but you rose. And now they're going to notice the success. 

"They Notice" came from a real breaking point. Every shirt carries the weight of that story. 

What is there to notice about you... EVERYTHING!

Your voice may be silenced for a season or few... but just make sure you get it back... Many noticeable moments in life can leave you speakless... but get your voice back... Don't allow the very things that make you.. "YOU".. have you questiong yourself because of "them & they"... Rather it's positive or negative words spoken on your name... you still got their attention... so trust me... "They Notice."
