Refund policy

At THEY NOTICE, we stand behind every piece we create. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love what you wear. 

Return Window: 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags. 

How to Initiate a Return: Email us -> Get Return Authorization within 2 business days -> Pack securely with order number -> Ship trackable. 

Refund Processing: Original payment method, 5-7 business days. Original shipping non-refundable unless our error. 

Exchanges: Return the item, place a new order, get refunded for the original.

Damaged/Defective: Email within 7 days with photo -> Free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations: Within the timeframe before order is sent to production. Verify with account and email updates. 

BOGO Returns: Return the paid item and keep the free one? The free item gets charged at full price. Return both? Refund for paid item only.
